Can I just say WOW!?
My first time public speaking...presenting to my fellow Kindergarten teachers from Christian schools across Ontario...and can I say, they were the best audience!
Of course Kindergarten teachers would be supportive, kind audiences...that's just their nature!
{Don't know what I was so nervous about!}
If you were there, I am so honored to have been a small part of your convention experience, and thank you for taking the time to visit me at my workshop.
Student Pointers
If you have had your school photos done for the year, here is a great tip to try- providing your Kindergarten kids a FUN & personalized print tracking tool.
There are always several small pictures with adhesive backs that are given to the office for use in your students' file. I was given the unused pictures, and turned them into student pointers.
Each student's picture is at the top so that they can "look" at the word as they read it. LOL
The photo is adhesive, stuck onto a large craft stick. There is a strip of adhesive magnetic tape on the back so that the pointers can hang on their fridge.
The pointers can be used to practice their sight words that should be hanging on their fridge.
I use these forms:
You can find the forms {here}.
