We have been working on 2 digit addition in Math. To make it fun and to get the kids up and moving around the classroom, I created an activity that can be done as Write the Room or as a Scoot activity. {And you can download it for free!}
Just print and laminate the addition cards and mount them around the room for a Write the Room type of activity. Students will search around the room for cards and complete the problems in the corresponding spaces on their worksheet.
For a Scoot activity, place the cards on your students' desks. Students will begin by solving the card on their desk, then will head to one that is empty and continue on until all cards have been completed.
