Our favorite first grader, Junie B Jones is a Cheater Pants! Your First Grade and Second Grade students will LOVE Junie B as she forgets to do her homework, and needs a little help with her spelling test. JUNIE B JONES CHEATER PANTS BOOK ACTIVITIES AND TEACHING IDEAS

Junie B forgot to do her homework. She sees her classmate May's homework sitting right there on the desk, and proceeds to lean over and copy it... Unfortunately, Junie B copied May's paper describing what she did for the weekend. Now the teacher knows that Junie B copied May's homework, because there's no way they could have done exactly the same thing.

Junie B tries to convince her teacher that she didn't cheat on the assignment. She just borrowed May's answers. That's not the same thing...is it?

Junie B had to take home a note to her parents from her teacher that explained what had happened. She had to get the note signed by her parents. She was in trouble! 

The next day, Junie B cheats on her spelling test when Herb slides his paper close to her so she could see how to spell a word she was stuck on. She and Herb decide they were sharing information, not cheating. But they both felt so badly about it afterwards that they turned themselves in to their teacher. Even though they both got zeroes on their tests, they were proud of themselves for telling the truth, and the teacher was proud of them for their honesty.
