The Tiny Seed

The Tiny Seed by Eric Carle is a spring must-have in your Kindergarten and First Grade classroom! This plant themed picture book features a tiny seed that gets blown from place to place before transitioning from seed, to sprout, to seedling, to sunflower. This story is great to use when teaching your Kindergarten and First Grade students plant life cycle themed learning and what plants need to grow and thrive. I have used this read aloud every spring in my Kindergarten classroom, and it was absolutely a student favorite!
