Mercy Watson lives with Mr. and Mrs. Watson. One night she climbed into their bed to sleep. Because of the extra weight, the floor began to cave in! The Watsons tried not to move to prevent crashing through to the first floor, but Mercy leaped up and out of the room. They assumed Mercy was getting help, when in fact, she was just hungry and went to look for some food. Not finding anything to eat in the kitchen, Mercy heads to the neighbor's house. Eugenia Lincoln does not like Mercy very much, and began to chase Mercy out of her yard. Mercy loves chases! Will Eugenia catch Mercy? Will the Watson's get help before crashing through the roof?
